This is a maintenance version of DBPrism 2.1.2.x release, here a partial list of the changes:
- Force to use NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTIC=CHAR in PLSQL adapter to work with 11g and UTF8 configurations.
- Passing empty arrays if flexible request have no arguments, this is incompatibility issue recently discovered.
- Interpret apex_util "Status: 304 Not Modified" header, latest DBPrism mod_plsql emulation is certified against latest APEX demo application.
